Through a global technology partnership with Navitas combined with local engineering support, Cyient Semiconductors' GaN products helps simplify system integration, improve power density and thermal performance, and accelerate product development. The portfolio supports power applications up to 550 W, including consumer USB-PD chargers, laptop and mobile adapters, AI data center and telecommunications power systems, and e-mobility charging platforms.
